Manika Rajitha Munasinghe, aka Akinam X, is a Sri Lankan self-taught multidisciplinary artist. He is a music composer, lyrics writer, singer, filmmaker, digital artist, podcast host, poet, and more. He was born in the late 80s in Gampaha district. He grew up as an ordinary child with no special skills or talents in the early stages. Digital Dystopia is his debut poetry book written in English. It was based on his spiritual experiences, which he transformed into sci-fi poetry. This might have inspired him from his academic background, which is mainly focused on the technology area.
